We are currently looking for Aftersales Intern (Spare parts&Logistics), the details Job responsibilities as below:
Who You Are
You are a proactive and curious student who wants to gain practical experience in an international automotive environment.
You enjoy working with both people and data and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks while asking questions when something is unclear. You have an eye for detail, but you also like to understand the bigger picture and how individual processes contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance.
You are not expected to know the automotive parts business already. What matters most is your learning mindset, analytical thinking and willingness to get involved.
Curious about the automotive industry and how vehicles are supported after the sale.
Interested in supply chain, logistics, operations, business or automotive topics.
Structured and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned activities.
A clear communicator who enjoys working with colleagues from different cultures and countries.
Comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being developed and improved.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Parts Operations
Support daily parts order processing and follow-up with distribution markets and National Sales Companies (NSCs).
Help monitor parts availability, inventory and delivery status.
Support coordination with the European warehouse and logistics partners.
Data & Reporting
Maintain and analyze parts-related data and KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Parts team.
Help identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
Market & Partner Support
Support communication with distribution markets and NSCs on parts-related topics.
Help prepare parts information, guidelines and materials for market and service partners.
Support the follow-up of parts claims and operational issues.
Process Improvement & Projects
Support projects aimed at improving Parts processes, systems and ways of working.
Contribute to the standardization of Parts operations across Europe.
Get involved in cross-functional After-Sales projects where Parts plays a role.
💼 What You Bring:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Automotive Management, International Business, Engineering or a related field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or other data tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
Good communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Previous experience in automotive, logistics, supply chain or an international business environment is an advantage, but not required.
