We are currently looking for Manager Rental & Remarketing, the details Job responsibilities as below:
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the European rental and fleet customer portfolio, ensuring alignment with GAC Europe’s long-term commercial objectives and brand positioning.
Manage and develop key customer relationships, supporting the acquisition of new business while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Lead commercial negotiations with partners, including volume planning, model mix optimization, and pricing frameworks, in line with defined financial targets.
Design, implement, and continuously optimize the end-to-end remarketing process, covering the full vehicle lifecycle from in-fleet to de-fleet, including logistics, vehicle evaluation, reconditioning standards, and resale execution.
Establish and maintain structured collaboration with the dealer network, ensuring the consistent application of policies, processes, and quality standards related to fleet and remarketing activities.
Support the development and implementation of a certified premium used vehicle program, reinforcing brand values and enhancing residual value performance.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive developments, and pricing benchmarks to proactively safeguard and improve residual values.
Contribute to the ongoing development of digital remarketing tools and platforms, driving operational efficiency, transparency, and data integration.
Define and execute remarketing strategies that support overall business performance, ensuring optimal asset utilization and value retention.
Manage vehicle resale activities across multiple channels, ensuring structured processes and maximizing financial returns.
Support the definition and implementation of regional trade-in strategies in close alignment with sales and network requirements.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement of remarketing systems, data management, and reporting structures.
Prepare and deliver regular performance analyses and reports to support management decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, contractual obligations, and administrative requirements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Aftersales, to ensure a consistent and customer-centric approach.
💼 What You Bring:
A minimum 6 years experience in a B2B client-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a solid understanding of residual value management and used vehicle market dynamics.
Proven ability to operate in a structured, process-driven environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with dealer networks and multi-channel distribution environments is considered an advantage.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages, Chinese are a plus.
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently within a corporate framework, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
