We are currently looking for Manager Fleet sales & Residual Value, the details Job responsibilities as below:
👤 Who You Are:
The Manager Fleet Sales & Residual Value is responsible for supporting fleet (B2B) operations and residual value management across European markets. This role drives volume growth, profitability, and asset quality by delivering competitive fleet solutions, developing innovative financial products, and building strong partnerships with corporate customers, leasing companies, and internal stakeholders. It plays a critical role in enhancing brand penetration, optimizing lifecycle value, and supporting sustainable business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Acting as a strategic partner to our clients by understanding their evolving needs and aligning our services accordingly.
Monitoring developments in leasing, fleet, and mobility management to refine and enhance our client strategies.
Leading negotiations, drafting, and finalizing agreements with fleet owners and leasing companies, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
Conducting regular performance reviews and strategic discussions with key stakeholders at client organizations.
Collaborating closely with internal teams and dealer partners to ensure flawless execution of operational commitments.
Driving engagement with our (digital) service and financing products to support client goals and increase satisfaction.
Initiating process improvements aimed at strengthening collaboration and elevating the client and driver experience.
Interpreting KPIs to identify trends, proactively address challenges, and drive continuous performance improvement.
💼 What You Bring:
A minimum 6 years experience in a B2B client-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
A relationship-driven mindset with a proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts.
Deep experience in strategic account management and client engagement.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of an organization.
A proactive and self-starting approach to work, with strong initiative and ownership.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate market insights into client value.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
