We are currently looking for Sales Training Manager, the details Job responsibilities as below:
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Training System Development
Design and improve the sales training system (onboarding training, advanced training, product training, etc.)
Develop and implement annual/quarterly training plans
Establish standardized training content (sales scripts, processes, customer communication skills, etc.)
2. Product and Market Training
Develop in-depth understanding of vehicle products (configurations, selling points, competitor comparisons)
Provide product knowledge and differentiated selling point training to sales teams
Track market changes and update training content in a timely manner
3. Sales Capability Enhancement
Improve sales staff capabilities in customer reception, needs identification, objection handling, and closing/conversion
Introduce advanced sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling)
Strengthen practical skills through case studies and role-playing
4. Dealer Training and Support
Train and empower sales teams at 4S dealerships
Monitor training effectiveness and provide improvement suggestions
Support training for new dealership openings and new model launches
5. Training Effectiveness Evaluation
Establish training evaluation mechanisms (e.g., assessments, conversion rates, performance improvement metrics)
Analyze training ROI (Return on Investment)
Continuously optimize training content and delivery methods
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and HR departments
Support the implementation of sales training for marketing campaigns and promotional projects
💼 What You Bring:
1. Education Background
Bachelor’s degree or above, Major is not restricted; Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or Management-related fields are preferred
2. Work Experience
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry (OEM or dealership)
Experience in sales training, sales management, or frontline sales is preferred
Familiar with 4S dealership operations
3. Professional Skills
Strong sales skills (closing techniques, customer management, etc.)
Excellent training design and delivery skills (TTT certification preferred)
Solid knowledge of automotive products and market trends
Data analysis skills (e.g., evaluating training effectiveness and sales conversion)
4. Core Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to engage an audience)
Strong logical thinking and structured communication skills
Project management capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
5. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in new energy vehicle (NEV) companies (e.g., EV sales models)
Cross-regional or international training experience
Proficiency in English or Chinese /other EU foreign languages.
