We are currently looking for After-Sales Training Specialist, the details Job responsibilities as below:
👤 Who You Are:
You are a structured and execution-driven professional with experience in automotive after-sales training or operations. You are capable of managing training programs, coordinating stakeholders, and improving service standards across a dealer network.
You will be part of the Europe team and report to the After-Sales Management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Strategy & Planning
Develop annual training plans, project roadmaps, and training improvement initiatives aligned with after-sales business objectives and service network needs.
2. Training Program Management
Lead the end-to-end execution of training programs, including organization, resource coordination, progress tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
3. Training Center Operations
Manage daily operations of the training center, ensuring efficient use of facilities, equipment, materials, and training support resources.
4. Certification System Development
Support the development and optimization of after-sales certification systems, standardizing certification criteria, processes, and result management.
5. E-Learning Platform Management
Manage and optimize the E-learning platform, including online course development, learning tracking, and data-driven improvements.
6. Other Tasks
Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
💼 What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales management (European experience preferred)
Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills
Familiar with EU automotive regulations and service standards
Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are a plus
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer-oriented mindset
Experience in automotive after-sales service; parts business experience is a plus
Knowledge of parts logistics, warehousing, and compliance requirements is preferred
Experience in handling customer issues or complaints is a plus.
