We are currently looking for After-Sales Technical Service Engineer , the details Job responsibilities as below:
👤 Who You Are:
As part of the GAC Europe team, you will play a key role in building the after-sales technical support system across the European market. You will work closely with dealers, customers, and headquarters to ensure high-quality service delivery and strengthen brand trust.
You are a technically strong and customer-oriented professional with experience in automotive after-sales service. You are comfortable working in an international environment and capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
You will be part of the Europe team and report to the After-Sales Management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support & Repair Guidance
Provide technical support to dealers within the assigned region, guiding them to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently, and continuously improve first-time fix rates.
2. Warranty Management
Review and process warranty claims submitted by dealers, including both vehicle warranty and after-sales parts warranty.
3. Market Quality Issue Management
Monitor market quality issues and follow up on resolutions.
Coordinate with headquarters when necessary to support investigations.
Conduct on-site root cause analysis and guide dealers in resolving issues effectively.
Safeguard brand reputation through proper issue handling.
4. Technical Training & Knowledge Sharing
Deliver technical training to dealer technicians and organize technical exchange sessions to improve service capability.
5. Customer Technical Support
Handle technical issues reported via hotline, roadside assistance, and remote systems.
Support fast and effective resolution of customer vehicle issues.
Communicate directly with customers when necessary to ensure proper handling.
6. Market Campaign Implementation (Including OTA)
Collaborate with headquarters to implement market campaigns in compliance with local regulations.
Support dealers in executing campaigns and achieving implementation targets.
7. Other Tasks
Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
💼 What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales or technical service (European experience preferred)
Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills
Familiar with EU automotive regulations and service standards
Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are a plus
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Experience in handling customer complaints is preferred
Knowledge of parts logistics, warehousing, and compliance is a plus
