We are currently looking for CRM & Delivery Service Manager of West EU , the details Job responsibilities as below:
👤 Who You Are:
Together with the GAC West Region team you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The CRM & Delivery Service Manager of West EU is responsible for implementing the sales and strategy in The West EU region. We are an innovative automotive company committed to intelligent mobility and sustainable development. Through digital operations and service excellence, we aim to deliver a premium, full-lifecycle customer experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1 CRM System Development & Optimization
Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of the CRM system
Build customer segmentation models and tagging frameworks (prospects / high-intent leads / purchasers / vehicle owners)
Optimize lead management, customer follow-up, and conversion processes
Improve sales conversion rates and customer lifetime value
2 Customer Data Management & Analysis
Integrate online and offline customer data to develop comprehensive customer profiles
Monitor key KPIs (lead conversion rate, retention rate, NPS, repurchase rate, etc.)
Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
Support precision marketing and marketing automation initiatives
3 Vehicle Delivery Process Management
Design and optimize end-to-end vehicle delivery processes
Ensure standardized and high-quality delivery execution
Monitor delivery cycle time and customer satisfaction
Manage delivery exceptions and ensure issue resolution
4 Customer Experience Enhancement
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive cross-functional improvements
Enhance delivery experience and ceremonial touchpoints
Improve overall customer satisfaction and brand reputation
5 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, After-sales, IT, Product, and Marketing teams
Drive CRM system upgrades and functional enhancements
Support regional teams in executing standardized processes
💼 What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3–5 years of experience in CRM operations or customer management
Automotive or new energy vehicle industry experience preferred
Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or local CRM systems)
Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel required; SQL/BI tools preferred)
Strong project management and communication skills
