We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager of France . The details Job responsibilities are as below:
👤 Who You Are:
Together with the GAC West team you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The Key Account Manager of France is responsible for implementing the distribution sales strategy in The France. Your second task is leading all the Remarketing, RV and TCO related initiatives. As a member of the West Team, you will report directly to the Region GM.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1 Key Account Development & Management
Identify, develop, and manage enterprise, corporate group, government, and strategic accounts
Build and maintain long-term, stable client relationships
Explore new business opportunities and drive annual sales targets
2 Business Development & Solution Selling
Understand client business needs and provide tailored vehicle and fleet solutions
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract terms
Drive contract signing, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination
3 Sales Target Achievement
Develop annual and quarterly sales plans
Own revenue targets, gross margin, and payment collection for key accounts
Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closing → delivery)
4 Market & Industry Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Collect market feedback to support product and pricing optimization
Identify emerging corporate mobility scenarios (e.g., ride-hailing, logistics fleets, corporate vehicles)
5 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, After-sales, Finance, and Delivery teams
Ensure smooth execution of large-scale customer projects
Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
💼 What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years or above of fleet sales and remarketing experience in the France automotive industry.
Fluent in French and English (business negotiations, report writing, aligning with headquarters, etc.), mastery of Chinese would be a plus.
Ideally experienced in building a brand/company from 0-1.
Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, self-starting and hands-on.
Flexible regarding frequent business travels in the France.
