We are currently looking for a Sales Manager of Nordic. The details Job responsibilities are as below:
👤 Who You Are:
Together with the GAC North EU region team you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The Sales Manager of Nordic is responsible for implementing the distribution sales strategy in The Nordic. Your second task is leading all the Remarketing, RV and TCO related initiatives. As a member of the North region Team, you will report directly to the Region director.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective Distribution sales strategy in the Nordic markets.
Sign agreements with (inter)national distribution partners to achieve sales targets in the Nordic.
Develop and implement a successful RV and TCO strategy and cooperate closely with (inter)national car data providers.
Realize fleet sales targets and grow market share.
Present KPI dashboards, perform competitor benchmarks, and deliver market insights.
Cooperate closely with the regional Sales & Network Development, Marketing & Communications, and Customer Service colleagues.
Complete other tasks arranged by the company.
💼 What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years or above of fleet sales and remarketing experience in the Nordic automotive industry.
Fluent in English (business negotiations, report writing, aligning with Chinese headquarters, etc.), mastery of any of Nordic local languages (such like Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic, and Finnish) would be a plus.
Ideally experienced in building a brand/Distributors from 0-1.
Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, self-starting and hands-on.
Flexible regarding frequent business travels in the Nordic.
