We are currently looking for Manager of Network Development of East EU , the details Job responsibilities as below:
👤 Who You Are:
Together with the GAC East EU team you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The Manager of Network Development of East EU is responsible for implementing the sales and distribution strategy in The East EU, Turkey and Israel. Another crucial part of this pivotal role is setting-up a professional retail network with external partners (distributors, dealers, etc.). As a member of the East EU Team, you will report directly to the East EU regional Sales Director.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective retail network strategy and planning in the The East EU, Turkey and Israel market, making sure GAC -together with the partners- is ready to launch the brand professionally and provide excellent service to future customers;
Lead the selection, evaluation, appointment, and authorization of importers and dealers in assigned markets, Manage dealer onboarding processes, including due diligence, contract preparation, and launch readiness. Support importers in dealer recruitment and network expansion initiatives. Ensure network development activities comply with EU and local regulations, including competition and franchise laws.
Network Performance and Optimization. Ensure all network partners comply with brand standards, CI/VI guidelines, and retail concept requirements.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, and Logistics teams to ensure network readiness and operational effectiveness. Support new model launches and market entries from a network infrastructure perspective. Coordinate dealer facility planning, showroom upgrades, and service capacity development.
Cooperate closely with regional Marketing & Communications, Fleet Sales & Remarketing, and Customer Service colleagues. Manage network development projects, timelines, budgets, and external partners (e.g. consultants, architects)
Complete other tasks arranged by the company.
💼 What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in network development, dealer development, or retail operations within the automotive industry.
Fluent in English (business negotiations, report writing, aligning with Chinese headquarters, etc.), mastery of Turkish, Israeli or other east EU languages would be a plus.
Ideally experienced in building a brand/network from 0-1.
Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.
Flexible regarding frequent business travels in the East EU, Turkey and Israel.
