We are currently looking for  Recruitment Manager EU, the details Job responsibilities as below:

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies to support business expansion and talent needs across Europe.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary/offer negotiations.
• Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and hiring requirements, working closely with local hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for key positions, leveraging headhunters, online research, social media channels, and employer branding activities to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms, and continuously expand and optimize recruitment channels.
• Monitor key recruitment KPIs, analyze talent market trends in Europe, and provide regular recruitment insights and recommendations.
• Ensure the recruitment process complies with local labor regulations and company policies, including GDPR and other data privacy requirements.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and cross-cultural adaptation support for new employees across the region.
• Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned by the company and management.

💼 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the automotive or related industries; regional or cross-country recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of European labor markets and local employment regulations.
• Proficiency in English as a working language; Other European languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
• Strong responsibility, teamwork spirit, and capability to work in a multicultural environment.
