We are currently looking for After-Sales operations Intern, the details Job responsibilities as below:

👤 Who You Are:

You are a hands-on and highly motivated intern with an academic background in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field. You thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and are eager to contribute to the professionalization of our After-Sales Operations processes. Analytical, organized, and proactive, you enjoy turning data into insights, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with colleagues across functions and markets. Above all, you are curious about the automotive industry and want to develop practical skills that will prepare you for an international career.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support

• Provide day-to-day support for coordination of after-sales activities in European markets.

• Provide support for follow-up of warranty, parts, and service operations.

• Track and update KPI’s for dealer readiness, service quality, and parts availability.

2. Data & Reporting

• Consolidate and analyze service performance data for multiple markets.
• Create dashboards and presentations for senior management reviews.
• Support reporting on customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and technical cases.

3. Process & Documentation

• Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for after-sales processes.
• Assist with localization of training material, service manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Maintain accuracy and version control of operational/technical documentation.

4. Market Coordination

• Contact local market representatives, service partners, and dealers for feedback.
• Assist with onboarding of new service partners according to OEM standards.
• Assist in organizing workshops, dealer training sessions, and market visits.

5. Project Involvement

• Participate in after-sales digitalization projects (Power BI dashboards, workflow automation).
• Assist with spare parts logistics and supply chain projects.
• Work together on cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Quality.

💼 What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of Excel, BI-tools, etc..

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience/knowhow of the Automotive industry and/or business process management is a plus.
• Fluent in English (German, French, Italian, Spanish and/or Chinese is a plus).
