Financial Manager (Base: Austria)
The position serves as the financial and legal guardian of the subsidiary, requiring precision in execution and agility in navigating evolving EU/Austrian regulations.

Job Description:
1.Responsible for the full - scope accounting of the subsidiary to ensure compliance with Austrian "Uniform Accounting Act" (UGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Independently complete monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) and submit them to the group headquarters on time. Liaise with external audit firms to coordinate the annual audit and tax audit to ensure the compliance of financial data.
2. Tax Management and Compliance: Accurately calculate and timely file Austrian VAT (USt.), Corporate Income Tax (KÖSt), Payroll Tax (Lohnsteuer) and other taxes. Be familiar with local tax incentives. Manage tax files, respond promptly to tax authority inquiries and avoid tax risks. Monitor changes in tax laws (such as the EU digital tax reform) and update internal tax processes.
3. Cross - departmental Collaboration and System Maintenance: Maintain the local SAP finance module to ensure the consistency between system data and accounting records.
4. Administrative Compliance Support: Responsible for employee payroll calculation (in collaboration with external payroll service providers) to ensure compliance with Austrian social security (SV) and labor laws.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree or above is preferred, and relevant majors such as finance or accounting are preferred.
2. More than 7 years of comprehensive financial experience in small and medium - sized enterprises is preferred. Familiarity with Austrian and EU fiscal and tax regulations is required. Those holding the Austrian - registered accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language is required, and knowledge of German is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Excel and SAP financial software (such as the SAP FI module) is preferred.
5. The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, and adaptability to low - staff - configuration environments are preferred.
6. Those with rigorous logic, sensitivity to numbers, proficiency in supporting business decisions through data analysis, and the ability to strictly safeguard financial confidentiality and compliance boundaries are preferred.
