👤 Who You Are:
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- 【Order Shipment Tracking】 According to the order types, handle the parts orders submitted by distributors in a timely way, arrange the logistics and track, confirm the distributors to sign and receive the orders.
- 【Parts Fulfillment】 Regularly replenish parts from HQ to European warehouse, maintain a reasonable inventory level, ensure the fulfill rate and continuously improve. Ensure distributors 100% finish the TT payment before each order delivered. Supervise the operation of logistics service providers in European warehouse to provide an accurate, efficient and high quality parts logistics services. Manage the storage and transportation costs of warehouse, continuously carry out cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Manage the value chain of parts sales, ensure the prices of spare parts are competitive and have a reasonable revenue for Europe B.V.;
- 【Parts Training and On-site Coach】 Provide training on parts business and system usage to distributors, conduct on-site coach, ensure the parts business of distributors complies with GAC standards and continuously improve.
- 【Parts Consultation Reply】 Promptly reply parts business inquiries raised by distributors or coordinate with HQ to resole some parts business issues.
- 【Handling Parts Complaints】 Handle parts complaints from various platforms, including: 400 hotline, social media, etc., and coordinate internal and external resources to follow up and solve problems, maintain the brand image and prevent complaints from escalating.
- 【Parts Arrival Claim】 Handling claim applications of parts arrival from distributors, conduct investigations, make compensation according to the procedure that fall under GAC's responsibility. Further pursue compensation of the claim from the responsible parties.
- 【Local Procurement and Supply】 Follow the procurement rules, promote local procurement and supply of relevant parts that meet regulatory requirements and with good quality.
- 【Parts System Develop】 Propose the improvement of parts business system, and follow up the development and launch.
- 【Asset Security and Operational Safety】 Ensure the asset security and warehouse operational safety in European warehouse.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.
💼 What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years or above of experience in after-sales service field of automotive industry is preferred; Those with experience in spare parts business management in automotive brands are preferred, especially those with experience in spare parts business management in European subsidiary of automotive brands.
- Those who understand the warehousing operation, logistics transportation, EU certification and relevant regulatory requirements of spare parts will be given priority.
- Have the ability to communicate with customers in the way they are accustomed to. Those with experience in handling customer complaints will be given priority.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to use English as a working language, and capable of smooth communication with European partners.
