We are currently looking for Benelux Marketing Manager, the details Job responsibilities as below:

👤 Who You Are:

The Benelux Marketing Manager is responsible to achieve our Marketing goals in the Benelux Region of Responsibility by developing firm relations with Benelux social channels & partners.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Channel management and cooperation, maintain regional distributors, partners and media relations, provide marketing support and optimize localized communication content;
• Regional market strategy development, responsible for Benelux market research, analysis of consumer behavior, competitor dynamics and industry trends, the development of localized marketing strategy, as well as regional dealers country daily communication and contact and work guidance;
• Coordinate regional market offline activities (such as car shows, test drives, dealer events) and online promotion (social media, local KOL cooperation), to ensure that the effect of the activities is maximized;
• Brand localization, according to the local market trends, develop brand localization plan, to ensure that the brand information, advertising materials, product information, etc. in line with local culture and regulatory requirements.
• Complete other tasks arranged by the company and superior leaders.

💼 What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years or above of regional marketing or brand management experience is preferred, familiar with the European automotive market or consumer durables industry;
• Fluent in English (business negotiation and report writing), mastery of regional languages (such as Dutch, French, etc.) would be a plus;
• Flexible communication skills and patience to respond to dealer queries, adapt to high-frequency business trips (covering key markets in Europe).
