We are currently looking for Legal Supervisor, the details Job responsibilities as below:

👤 Who You Are:

The Legal Supervisor is responsible to support our commercial goals in the Region for legal affairs and local compliance in EU,UK etc..

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the legal compliance of the company's European regional business, ensuring that business operations meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Review contracts and agreements, provide legal advice and risk assessments, participate in contract negotiations.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and update the company's compliance policies and procedures in a timely manner.
• Assist in handling legal disputes and litigation cases.
• Develop legal and compliance related systems.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.

💼 What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the EU law or local compliance.
• Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in law or related fields, with local European education will be a plus.
• Work experience in the legal field within the automotive industry, familiar with European regulations, laws, and business environment, with practical legal experience.
• Have strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, able to independently conduct legal risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office software, with preference given to those who hold a lawyer's professional qualification.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as a working language and communicate smoothly, one of other EU languages will be a plus.
